WINTER CLINIC:
We are excited to offer our winter clinic again on Sunday mornings starting in January! This is an excellent opportunity to get a jump start on the spring season or to try out the game of lacrosse for the first time! The clinics will take place at the Edge facilities in Bedford and are appropriate for new players as well as girls who have played before. Coaching will be tailored to players' experience level, and we will work on building fundamental skills, teaching rules and strategies, and developing game sense. We will also make sure to have a lot of fun!
***If your 3rd-8th grader is interested in trying the goalie position, we are working to have goalie training available at one or multiple sessions. ***
Coaches will include current NGL youth coaches, Newton high school players.

Tentative Schedule:
Sunday mornings January 8, 22, 29, February 12, 26,
(There will be no clinic on Martin Luther King Jr Day weekend or Presidents Day weekend.)
10 AM-11 AM for grades 1-4
11 AM-12 PM for grades 5-8
Equipment: Participants need their own women’s rules lacrosse stick, goggles, mouth guard and water. Players will not be allowed to participate without goggles or a mouth guard. Newton Girls Lacrosse will provide goalie equipment at the clinic for players interested in the position.
